Roto Patio Alversa enables different opening versions and ventilation functions for Parallel Sliding and Tilt&Slide systems made of timber, PVC and aluminium up to a sash weight of 200 kg to be produced with minimum effort.
The combination of a universal central locking system, universal handle and modular sliding system reduces the outlay required in manufacturing, storage and logistics to a minimum with universal use.

Benefits for your customers

Minimal storage and logistics outlay

The same central locking system from the established Roto NT and Roto AL ranges is used for all Roto Patio Alversa variants. Furthermore, the same handle can be used for all variants.

Intelligently combining these components with specific Roto Patio components, such as a bogie, scissors-slider or track set, ensures that a high proportion of common parts can be used across all variants.

Minimal manufacturing outlay

Compatible assemblies and standardised work steps simplify assembly. The flexible replacement of individual components makes it possible to switch rapidly between the Parallel Sliding and Tilt&Slide systems in manufacturing, including the various ventilation functions.
Can be processed on the standard production line.

Minimal administrative outlay

Less administrative outlay is required, as the reduced variety of parts simplifies the process of creating and managing master data.

Variants

Roto Patio Alversa meets individual customer requirements as a result of its modular design. Just one system provides four different solutions, as Roto Patio Alversa can be designed as a Parallel Sliding or a Tilt&Slide system. Night or tilt ventilation can be selected depending on the version.
The combination of a Parallel Sliding system and tilt ventilation is unique on the market.

Accessories

Additional lock-in position

The especially high-performance additional lock-in position for installation in the sliding scissor stay on the Roto Patio Alversa | PS Air and KS system can be relied upon to prevent uncontrolled closure, even in the case of extremely heavy leaves. It is only activated in the tilt position.

Tilt assistance

An additional tilt assistance element for installation in the sliding scissor stay on the Roto Patio Alversa | PS Air Com Tilt&Slide system reduces the torque at the handle. With this, even large and heavy sliding doors with a weight of up to 200 kg can be operated effortlessly.

Handle

Standardised appearance: use of standard window handles like on conventional windows. Many versions are possible: colours, lockable, handle sets, etc. The 200 mm-long handle reduces the forces required for operation.
